Initial Site Visit
Service Description
We will follow the evidence left by any wildlife to conduct a walkthrough around the exterior of the house, and may also include the crawlspace, attic, or other areas of the home that may be affected by wildlife. We will provide a detailed report and quote for services. This could take between 30 min and 1 hour, depending on the site. Inspection fee can be applied to the final job if accepted.
Cancellation Policy
You can schedule your inspection up to 2 weeks in advance and a minimum of 6 hours ahead of your desired appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments should be done 12 hours ahead. In case of emergency, please call me directly on the phone number listed for emergency accommodation.
